Rita, over the course of her 30+ year leadership journey, has developed leadership, mentorship, economic advancement, and empowerment for women and girls from different cultures, backgrounds, and industries. Her strategic and thought leadership has mentored and developed several hundred leaders over the last three decades.
Rita walks the talk and has exemplified leadership in business and in the global community. While pursuing her Executive MBA in leadership development and teaching as an adjunct professor at a local college. Rita was the lead in having established a Center of Excellence for Women.
Rita’s core work has been educating and developing the next generation of women leaders. She has spearheaded, chaired, created, produced, and implemented some of the most innovative programs, conferences, summits, forums, workshops, and panel discussions throughout the region. These programs advocate and support the economic self-sufficiency, growth, and wellness of all women.
